The ACCEPT Method was created by Gitta Sivander through her work with people over the course of two decades. ACCEPT for Authenticity, Confidence, Connection, Expression, Presence and Trust. All 5 aspects are essential to experiencing ourselves deeply, to become fully alive and to live a life of true fulfillment.

At Sivander Coaching we integrate the ACCEPT Method with Co-Active Coaching.

We combine Co-Active Coaching with a somatic approach, which allows for body based process work where emotions have a place to be heard, explored and released when needed. We integrate the whole body aspect of mind-body-spirit and include the wisdom of our body, also called the soma. Depending on each individual client, the coaching is integrated with industry leading diagnostic tools and approaches to find a way for leaders to optimize their impact and strength.

Our Sivander Coaching Coaches are trained in the Co-Active Coaching model through the CTI Co-Active Training Institute.

The Co-Active Professional Coach Training is widely recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training in the industry, being the largest and most established in-person professional coach training organization in the world.

The Co-Active relationship is underpinned by empathy, compassion and respect. Skills include deep listening, intuition, visualizations, and verbalizing what is being perceived underneath the surface of the client’s experience.

We integrate the Co-Active model with questions and goals that are important to us, finding the answer to our questions and goals within ourselves – through the support of the Co-Active coach.
