  • inResonance™ Teams

    Leadership teams rarely struggle because of strategy. They struggle relationally under pressure. When trust is fragile and stakes are high, this work addresses live dynamics: how communication breaks down under stress, how emotions shape a room, and what determines whether a team holds together when it matters most.

    Drawing on Wiley DiSC communication and emotional intelligence frameworks alongside somatic and relational awareness, the focus is on real-time practice: speaking, listening, and restoring connection where tension is present.

    Teams leave with greater ease in difficult conversations and a genuine capacity to navigate complexity without losing connection.
    Available as 2 hour, half day, or full day engagements.

  • inResonance™ Presentations

    Most presentation training focuses on structure and delivery only. This work goes further.

    We address what happens internally when you're in front of others: nerves, attention shifts, the patterns that shape how you come across in real time.
    Rather than managing these responses, we work with them directly as part of the communication process.

    Participants leave with stronger presence and a different relationship to themselves in high-stakes situations, a shift that changes how they're experienced by others.

    Available onsite or offsite for groups of 6 to 12, as 2 hour, half day, or full day engagements.

    A full day of guided reflection and strategic clarity, held near Point Reyes National Seashore in Marin County, California.

    Designed for executives and leaders at pivotal moments: navigating transitions, facing critical decisions, or ready to define what comes next. Through tailored inquiry and somatic practice, you leave with a grounded vision and a clear path forward.
